Ur-Energy Provides Update on Closing Date for Offering
LITTLETON, COLORADO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 03/02/11 -- Ur-Energy Inc. (TSX: URE)(NYSE Amex: URG) ("Ur-Energy" or the "Company") announced on February 7, 2011 an agreement (the "Underwriting Agreement") with a syndicate of underwriters (the "Underwriters"), pursuant to which the Underwriters have agreed to purchase, on a bought deal basis, pursuant to a short form prospectus filed in certain provinces of Canada, 10,000,000 common shares (the "Common Shares") of the Company at a price of CAD$3.00 per Common Share for gross proceeds of CAD$30,000,000 (the "Offering"). The Company filed a preliminary prospectus on February 11, 2011 and the closing of the Offering was anticipated to occur on or before March 1, 2011. Further to the Company's news release on February 25, 2011, the Company is working to confirm its disclosure record and closing of the Offering is now anticipated to occur in mid-March.
